Other grant recipients include the TV series Hashtag by Anders Hazelius and documentaries The Golden Dawn Case by Håvard Bustnes, New Norway by Paul Simma, and The Night by Steffan Strandberg. 

Børning 2-On Ice produced by John M Jacobsen and Marcus Brodersen for Filmkameratene is the sequel to the 2014 hit Børning that scooped four Amanda awards including Best Film. Hallvard Bræin is back behind the camera directing Anders Baasmo Christiansen as Roy who tries to prevent his daughter (Ida Husøy) from taking part in another illegal street race, this time from the West coast of Norway to Sweden, Finland and Murmansk in Russia. The NOK 50 million project co-financed by SF with Rein Film and Fuzz AS is currently filming. The Norwegian premiere is set for October 5, 2016.

- The 8x15’ youth series Hashtag produced by Lizette Jonjic for Zentropa Sweden was granted NOK 550.000. The show written by Jessika Jankert and Lovisa Löwhagen is inspired by the true story of the ‘Instagram riots’ that took place in Gothenburg in 2012.  The series explores social media’s effect on young people, how small events can have great consequences. It is foremost about friendship and loyalty. The cast includes Aviva Wrede, Emma Söderström and Winny Lopez among others. The editor is Andreas Nilsson (Blue Eyes, Sebbe). 

The series is co-financed by SVT, Film Väst, YLE, the City of Gothenburg cultural support, the SFI. The premiere on SVT Play is set for April 19, 2016. 

The Golden Dawn Case produced by Christian Falch for Faction Film was granted NOK 500.000. The film features Greece’s infamous neo-Nazi party Golden Dawn, the fate of some of their member MPs and their families as the politicians face charges of criminal activities and go on trial. The TV documentary is co-produced by House of Real (Denmark) and Napa Films (Finland). 

The Night produced by Carsten Aanonsen for Indie Film was granted NOK 800.000. The director Steffan Strandberg tells his own childhood story of growing up with an alcoholic mother. The narrative is told through the eyes of an 11-year-old boy and is a combination of animation and 8 mm film, filmed by Steffan's father. The film was co-produced by Sweden’s Fasad and Belgium’s Walking the Dog. Tour de Force handles Norwegian distribution and Wide House international sales.

New Norway produced and directed by Paul Simma for Saamifilmi was granted NOK 400.000. It’s the story of a village on the edge of the Lapland wilderness, where different cultures meet and clash. The power of the clans takes over when state servants disappear.
