International sales outfit TrustNordisk has added the Danish feature film Walk with Me by Swedish director Lisa Ohlin (pictured - Simon and the Oaks) to its Cannes line up. The film produced by veteran producer Per Holst (Asta Film) stars Mikkel Boe Følgaard and Cecilie Lassen.

Based on a script by Karina Dam, Walk with Me (De standhaftige) is the love story between two people from different worlds, a former soldier from the war in Afghanistan and an ascending ballerina from the Royal Danish Ballet. The film co-produced by Sweden’s Illusion Film was supported by Nordisk Film & TV Fond among others. SF is in charge of domestic distribution. 

TrustNordisk will introduce a promo-reel for the film in Cannes, alongside promos of Hannes Holm’s A Man Called Ove and Nils Gaup’s The Last King.

The sales company headed by Rikke Ennis is representing as well the Directors’ Fortnight entry The Here After by Swedish newcomer Magnus von Horn, Stig Björman’s documentary Ingrid Bergman-In Her Own Words, screening at Cannes Classics and Kenneth Kainz’s The Shamer’s Daughter showcased at the Cannes market.
