Please note that before sending your application you must register.

Your registration must be approved by the Fund before you can proceed.

Helpful Tips:

1) Please download the correct Checklist (to the right) to see which information we need for you application. And read our GUIDELINES before starting your digital application.

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING HARD COPY MATERIAL MUST still BE SENT BY POST OR COURIER TO THE FUND:

-Development feature film and TV Fiction / Series - Manuscript - 2 copies

-Production support feature film and TV Fiction / Series - Manuscript - 3 copies 

-Development and Production support Documentaries - Treatment - 2 copies

-DVDs

All other required documents must be uploaded digitally in the application. We will not accept any documentation sent by post or e-mail. 

2) Have everything ready before you start. Please name all your attachments according to content e.g.: LOC_NFI.pdf. Make sure all your attachments are PDF- or RTF-files. Note that total amount of attachments must not exceed 50MB.??

3) If possible, use Safari as your browser. Close all other web sites than the application page.

4) Your application is saved automatically during the process as long as you click ”Next” between the Steps. Therefore it’s possible to start an application, log out and continue later.

5) To upload a document click on "Choose file"/"Select” and choose the document you'd like to attach. If you need to upload more than one file under the heading, click on "Add" and repeat.

6) After completing step 4 / 5 click on "Next" and wait for all documents to upload. This may take a while, so don't click again! Wait till you are taken to the next step and proceed.

7) You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming that your application is delivered after clicking "Submit". If you don't, please check you spam-filter as well before contacting us for advice on what to do. When the Fund has registered your application you will receive an e-mail confirming this.

8) When your application is submitted and registered by the Fund you can update your project. You may upload new attachments, but not delete old ones. The text fields are not editable, so please e-mail us any changes.
