Fifteen projects from Nordic graduation film students will be selected for the networking and pitching event, scheduled for September 2-3, 2020 in Copenhagen.

Nordic Talents is one of Nordisk Film & TV Fond flagship annual events, organised together with the National Film School of Denmark.

The networking platform attended each year by around 200 participants, is a unique opportunity for Nordic film students who can mingle with top industry people in a friendly atmosphere and kick start their career. 

Candidates have a chance to win the coveted NOK 250,000 Nordic Talents Pitch Prize and NOK 50,000 Nordic Talents Special Mention, and to follow up on previous winners such a May el-Toukhy (Queen of Hearts), Marja Pyykkö (Paradise), Hlynur Pálmason (A White, White Day), Gustav Möller (The Guilty), or Maria Bäck (Psychosis in Stockholm).

Nordic film or TV graduation students (BA or MA level) with a feature length film or TV/web-series at development stage are welcome to apply. Fiction, documentary and animation project ideas are eligible.

From the applications, up to fifteen projects will be selected for the pitching sessions in front of a professional jury and Nordic Talents attendees.

Those selected will attend a pitch training workshop prior to the event.
